Curation invests in and manages Student Accommodation, Coliving, Private Residential and Flexible Office Space. Curation works with family offices and institutional investors to curate and add significant value to investment portfolios by partnering with best-in-class development, construction, operating and asset management teams. 

A team with complimentary skill sets, honed to this investment thesis, that have invested into and operate c.2,000 PBSA and c.200 BTR beds in the UK.

Student Housing UK (PBSA): UK PBSA has proven itself to be consistently resilient through what has been a challenging time for the broader real estate market. The underlying fundamentals of material supply shortage, c.700k beds for over 1.8m students, coupled with a persistent increase in demand have resulted in consistent revenue growth and stable cap rates. Team 

Restrictive planning controls and a lack of affordable housing solutions has led to a major supply imbalance for renters in London. Institutionally managed and operated purpose-built products allow for a rising number of highly skilled and educated people to live and work in these key urban areas
