Curation Capital’s in-house student property management team has over 2,000 beds under management. We have custom built this operating business to execute on our value add PBSA strategy, as well as deliver on our core student strategy. We have been responsible for the operational execution of all beds within our portfolio since 2014, as well as operating assets under third-party contract.
