We partner with family offices and institutional investors to curate and add value to investment portfolios. We do this by partnering with best-in-class development, construction, operating and asset management teams.

A team with complimentary skill sets, honed to this investment thesis, that has invested into and operate c.2,500 PBSA and c.200 BTR beds in the UK.

Student Housing UK (PBSA): UK PBSA has proven itself to be consistently resilient through what has been a challenging time for the broader real estate market. The underlying fundamentals of material supply shortage, c.700k beds for over 1.8m students, coupled with a persistent increase in demand have resulted in consistent revenue growth and stable cap rates. Team 

Restrictive planning controls and a lack of affordable housing solutions has led to a major supply imbalance for renters in London. Institutionally managed and operated purpose-built products allow for a rising number of highly skilled and educated people to live and work in these key urban areas
