Operating partners

We understand that our ability to deliver the underlying operating performance from an asset is critical to achieving our investment objective. To that end we closely align with our operating partners to not only ensure that our assumptions going into an investment are consistent, but that we are utilizing our capabilities to drive rent and manage cost as effectively as possible. 

Almero Student: is Curation Capital’s in-house management team. We have over 1,500 beds under management. We have custom built this operating business to execute on our value add PBSA strategy and have been responsible for the operational execution of all the beds under our portfolio since 2014.

One of the early adopters of high density, affordable luxury, residential accommodation in London. London Shared have forged their path by really understanding what tenants want and have build a business focused on delivering a modern tenant experience that simultaneously combines a high quality product, with fantastic service at an affordable price point by renting their assets by the bedroom as opposed to by the unit. 

Curation Capital is a subsidiary of the Steyn Group, a global office that specializes in seeding and scaling emerging investment managers. As both a real estate LP and partner in Curation Capital we understand the importance of investing in the fundamentals of each asset class and strategy as well and the alignment of those strategies with the manager.

EFFICIENT OPERATIONS

The development team is able to then save time by efficiently appointing contractors upon closing of a transaction and closely integrate with operations (especially during value add strategies) to ensure that we are delivering a consistent product and experience for and with our tenants.

Our development team being aligned with the end product and outcome of our investment strategy also means that we have absolute alignment through the stack and post handover.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
AGREEMENT – This agreement between the undersigned photographer (hereafter “Photographer”) and the undersigned client,
(hereafter “Client”) governs the assignment described in the accompanying price estimate/images, and along with these Terms
& Conditions, constitutes the entire agreement between the parties concerning that assignment.
ESTIMATES/BIDS – The fees quoted by the photographer are for the original job description as presented by the Client. Any
subsequent changes,whether made orally or in writing, may result in additional charges. The accompanying quote is a good
faith estimate of the time and expenses the Photographer anticipates.
INDEMNIFICATION – Client herby indemnifies and holds the Photographer harmless against all liabilities, claims, and expenses,
including reasonable legal fees, arising from the Client’s use of the Photographer’s work.
COPYRIGHT – Grant of any reproduction rights to the Client is conditioned upon receipt of the payment in full. All right not
expressly granted shall be reserved by the photographer.
ADDITIONAL USAGE - If Client wishes to make any additional uses of the photographs not covered in the initial agreement,
Client shall obtain permission from the photographer and pay an additional fee to be agreed upon.
EXCLUSIVITY – The photographs will be exclusive to the Client for the term of the licensing agreement, but no to exceed 5
years. The Photographer may use the photos in his own marketing materials at any time.
CANCELLATIONS, POSTPONEMENTS – In the event of a cancellation or postponement of a shoot by the client or subject after
quote has been accepted/PO issued, Client shall pay all expenses incurred by the Photographer up to the time of the
cancellation. If a shoot is cancelled within 24 hours of the departure for the shoot, client shall pay 50% of the anticipated
photographic fee and 100% of the anticipated fees of any subcontractors booked for the job.
